Use: The caulk gun is used to dispense
anything that comes in "caulk"-style tubes. An
amazing variety of products are available: caulk, adhesive, cement
patch, roof patch and many others. The most common design
(pictured) has a "ratchet" type of mechanism where you
have to turn the handle down to dispense and up to pull the rod
back.
