MY house was built it 1974. I love my kitchen except the cabinets! They are dark and are made of what looks like pressed wood and the doors are very hard plastic. I want white cabinets in my kitchen as my kitchen is decorated in a country decor. Can anybody help? Has anyone ever painted these kind of cabinets before? I would rather get new ones can anyone recommend a good cabinet company?
