2 rooms in my house have 6 foot long cracks in the ceiling. the ceiling are a stuck pattern and there is only a very slight sag. I believe i could groove out the cracks a little and mud them in faking the pattern where no one would notice it. Now for the question. Is there any advice on other ways to do this? And is there any way to prevent it from cracking further short of redo-ing the complete ceiling?
